Dr. Szabados Tamás (Ph.D)
Introduction
I obtained my degree in biology/neurobiology at the Faculty of Science of Eötvös Loránd University in 1995. I worked as a pharmacologist in the field of preclinical drug research in the laboratories of pharmacology at EGIS Gyógyszergyár Rt., then at Biorex Kutató és Fejlesztő Rt. (Biorex Research and Development Plc.), and finally at Richter Gedeon Nyrt. (Chemical Works of Gedeon Richter Plc.). I defended my Ph.D thesis successfully in 2004. I worked 15 months as a post-doc researcher at the Cerebrovascular Research Centre at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Back home, I became more interested in the clinical phase of drug research and development. I’ve been working in the field of human research since early 2006 as Clinical Research Associate (CRA). I gained my professional and managerial experiences at a smaller CRO and a multinational pharmaceutical companies. I’ve been active as a freelancer lead-CRA since 2009.
Dr. Szabó Liza (MD)
Introduction
I graduated at the Faculty of Medicine of Semmelweis University in 1994. I started to work as a physician at the Buda Ambulance Station and continued at the Prenatal Intensive Care Unit of the 2nd Paediatric Clinic of Semmelweis University. My career in the pharmaceutical industry started in 1999. First, I worked as Medical Sales Representative, then as Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at an international CRO from 2002. I’ve gained experience in the management of Phase II, III, and IV clinical studies in diverse indication areas. At present, I work as a freelance monitor on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
